Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received it to get in touch. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us through our contact page. Please include your order number and a brief note about why you’d like to return the item so we can help you faster.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please let us know right away. We will do our best to make it right by sending a replacement or offering a full refund.
